Control system panels and installation drawings

FeedForward provides custom control system panels and wiring installation drawings on many of our projects. The scope of supply includes panel design and layout, panel construction and wiring, conduit and cable schedules, loop diagrams, and termination drawings. This full scope of design engineering and panel procurement has recently been provided for the following projects:
  1. Detroit Thermal boiler control and BMS upgrades using redundant Control Logix Processors. Four large enclosures were required to replace existing BMS relay logic and pneumatic combustion controls. FeedForward provided a complete installation drawing package and reviewed the construction work.
  2. A batch reactor control system using Foxboro I/A 200 Series I/O with intrinsically safe I/O termination modules. FeedForward provided 2 large double door enclosures and termination drawings to connect field devices.
  3. Two complete ethanol plants using the Yokogawa CS3000 DCS. FeedForward provided 8 enclosures on each project including remote I/O panels to reduce wiring costs. The ethanol plant projects also included a complete installation package of panel drawings, lookp diagrams, and termination drawings.
  4. A material handling projct using Control Logix with Wonderware. The scope of supply included a single PLC-I/O cabinet and a drive cabinet hosing 20 Power Flex VFD's for the conveyors. The project included conduit routing and cable schedules, and termination drawings for two panels.
  5. A central chilled water and cogeneration plant for the Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C. FeedForwared provided 4 enclosures with redundant Control Logix processors and I/O for 8 chillers and 2 5MW combustion turbines. The scope included a complete installation package.
